I recently enjoyed my stay and was absolutely thrilled by the incredible customer care and the hotel’s convenience to nearby attractions, especially the Leeds City Museum just a short stroll away and the beautiful Millennium Square which is perfect for relaxing walks.

We had a lovely family stay with a beautiful city view from our spacious room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even letting us check in early. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options, making it perfect for us and our two teenagers.

In my wife's opinion, the beds were a bit high for our kids to climb into comfortably. A lower bed option would be great for families with children.

Even though we had a bit of a wait at reception, the modern amenities and cozy vibe made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool was a great way to relax, and the spa offered some much-needed pampering. Just a heads up, breakfast could use a little more seasoning, but it was still a good start to the day! 😊

Had a cozy stay in a comfy room with a fab view. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The dining area had a nice bar where drinks were well made, but breakfast was a miss – food just didn’t hit the mark. The carpets could use a clean, felt kinda dingy. it’s in a prime spot to explore Leeds!

I was blown away by the Art Deco charm of the hotel! The lobby, complete with classical music setting the scene. The superior twin room overlooking City Square was fine, and that buffet breakfast? Absolutely packed with delicious options!
